Payment and Cancellation – 60-Day Policy

Deposit:
Guests' reservations are not finalized until the deposit (equivalent to 50% of the rental cost) is received.

Payment Policy:

• Reservation made more than 60 days before the check-in date: guests pay 50% (the deposit) at the time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
• Reservation made 60 days or fewer prior to check-in date: guests pay 100% of the rental cost at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• >60 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee applies (a.k.a. the owner will keep half of the deposit)
• 60 - 30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies (a.k.a. deposit is forfeited), the remaining 50% will not be charged or will be refunded
• 30 days prior to arrival or fewer: 100% cancellation fee applies, no refund will be issued.
